Update 2 - Added "Partial Success" and "Luck" Extras

• Added Extra - "Partial Success" - a way to make the game a little easier by allowing successes with a cost.
• Added Extra - "Luck Tokens" - a new Reward that you can spend to re-roll a dice.

Also, I've started my first deck for ChargeQuest - a collaboration with americanspaceprince for his Powered By Charge game Octane! 

We're creating a world of Spies, Secret Agents, cool Gadgets, killer Weapons, and the like for you to adventure through!

I'm so looking forward to people using a Silenced Pistol to get past a Trained Guards Complication, then discarding their Spy Glasses Asset to enhance their Notice action so they can complete the High-Stakes Game Mission!
